Terms and Conditions – bet3 Platform Rules and Policy

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bet3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at bet3.wine. These Terms apply to all use of the bet3 website, mobile application, and any services offered through them, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, and all PKR payment services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

bet3 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a bet3 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Any account created using false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed.

• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you.

bet3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management and Responsibility

Once registered, your bet3 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share these with any other person.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying bet3 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your mobile number and payment method, up to date.

bet3 will never contact you via unsolicited messages asking for your password or payment details. If you receive such a communication, do not respond to it and report it to our support team.

Accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, abuse, or terms violations may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, the relevant funds may be withheld. bet3 aims to resolve account investigations fairly and promptly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

All monetary transactions on the bet3 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported Deposit Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. These amounts are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly. Bank Transfer may take longer depending on banking processes. bet3 does not guarantee specific processing times but works to process requests without unnecessary delays.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown during the deposit or withdrawal process. These may be adjusted by the platform at any time.
• Refused Transactions: bet3 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that appears suspicious, is linked to fraudulent activity, or violates these Terms.

Funds in your bet3 account are held for gaming purposes only. The platform does not pay interest on account balances. You may not transfer funds between accounts or to third parties.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on bet3, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and any other sporting markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are available in the Sports section of the platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets are governed by the same rules as pre-match markets. be aware that in-play odds move quickly and accepted bets are binding.
• bet3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation or any other integrity concern, regardless of outcome.
• Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. These limits are shown in the relevant market information and represent the maximum amount payable on any single bet or combination.
• Errors in pricing — including but not limited to obvious errors, technical glitches or misquoted odds — may result in bets being voided, even after initial acceptance.

Cricket and PSL specific note: For rain-affected or DLS-method results in Cricket, bets will be settled according to the officially declared result. Matches reduced to fewer than the minimum overs required by the relevant competition rules will be treated as void unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

6 Live Casino and Game Lobby Rules

The following rules apply to all Live Casino, Fish Games and Game Lobby activity on bet3:

• All games are provided through certified game providers. Game outcomes in Live Casino are determined by physical actions (cards, roulette wheels) conducted by live dealers and are not influenced by the platform.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, bets already placed and accepted remain valid. The outcome will be determined by the game result as recorded on the provider's system.
• Fish Games results are determined by the game engine at the point of play. bet3 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Game-specific rules, including minimum and maximum bet sizes, are displayed within each game interface. These vary by game and table.
• bet3 reserves the right to remove or modify games in the Game Lobby at any time without prior notice.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, bet3 may offer bonuses, free bets or promotional offers to players. When such offers are available, the following general conditions apply:

• Each offer will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry periods. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred.

• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or exploiting technical errors — may result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to specific withdrawal conditions as stated in the relevant offer terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet3 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and relevant funds may be withheld:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets using information that is not publicly available at the time of the bet (insider information).
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds of an illegal origin.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes for guaranteed profit.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the bet3 team.

9 Responsible Gaming

bet3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertaining activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide tools and information to help you manage your activity sensibly:

• Your full PKR balance and transaction history are visible in your account at all times.
• We encourage all players to set a personal PKR budget before each session and to stick to it.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Actions taken by third parties, including payment processors, that affect your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.

bet3 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

11 Privacy and Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the bet3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bet3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes and any available balance will be processed for withdrawal through your registered PKR payment method.

bet3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, terms violations, abusive behaviour or failure to comply with identity verification requests. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, bet3 may withhold balances pending investigation and apply any losses incurred by the platform as a result of the violation.

13 Changes to These Terms

bet3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users through the platform. Your continued use of bet3 following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
